The accident happened around 12:30 p.m. on June 2, 2026, near Riverside Drive and the Interstate 75 South on-ramp in north Macon.
According to investigators, a 19-year-old woman was driving a Honda Accord eastbound on Riverside Drive with three passengers inside the vehicle: a 2-year-old girl and two 16-year-old passengers.
Authorities say the driver swerved after the vehicle in front of her suddenly slowed down. The Honda left the roadway, entered the median, struck an incline, and became airborne before crashing back to the ground.
All four occupants suffered injuries.
