Donald Trump’s health has long been a hot topic of discussion.

Now, the president is pushing back after undergoing a new medical examination, but that has not stopped fresh concerns about the world leader’s health.

“Everything looks perfect,” he wrote in a post on his platform, Truth Social.

There is less than a month left until a major celebration at the White House. On June 14, President Donald Trump will turn 80, and preparations for the occasion have reportedly been planned down to the smallest detail. However, it is not the celebration itself that has attracted attention in recent weeks.

Some time ago, Trump announced that he would undergo another medical examination. On Tuesday, the president revealed on Truth Social that the checkup had been completed and that everything had gone “perfectly.”

“I have just completed my semiannual physical examination at Walter Reed Military Medical Center. Everything looks PERFECT. Thank you to the incredible doctors and staff! Heading back to the White House. President DJT,” he wrote, without providing any further details.

According to the British newspaper Mirror, the visit marked Trump’s third trip to the medical center in 13 months.

Questions about Trump’s health have fueled widespread speculation in recent months. Although the president insists that he is in excellent condition, the publication reports that concerns about his health remain stronger than ever. Some critics believe that Trump and the White House are withholding information and not being fully transparent about his medical condition.

Growing Concerns About Donald Trump’s Health

The British outlet highlighted several health-related issues that have attracted public attention.

Among them is a recurring rash on Trump’s neck that observers have occasionally noticed. White House physician Sean Barbabella stated in March that Trump was using a standard cream as “preventive skincare” for the irritation, but he did not specify the exact condition being treated.

In addition, cameras captured images of Trump last year showing noticeable swelling in his legs. White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt explained that the swelling was caused by a “common” vein condition and said that bruising on Trump’s hands resulted from his frequent handshakes.

Taking Medication Despite Medical Advice

Trump has also offered another explanation for the bruising on his hands. The president has said that he takes aspirin despite doctors advising that he does not need it.

“I would say: take aspirin if you care about your heart, but don’t take aspirin if you don’t want bruises,” Trump reportedly said.

He later explained that he takes aspirin as a precautionary measure, even though doctors told him it was unnecessary.

“The doctors said, ‘You don’t need to take that, sir. You’re perfectly healthy.’ I replied, ‘I’m not taking any chances.’ That’s one of the side effects of taking aspirin.”

In October of last year, Trump also underwent an MRI scan. The reason for the examination was never publicly disclosed. The only information released afterward was that the president was in “extremely good health.”

“Getting an MRI is completely normal. What, do you think I shouldn’t get one? Other people do. … I got an MRI. The doctor said it was the best result he had ever seen in his career,” Trump said at the time.
